Hands Across the Streets

Hands Across the Streets

On bustling streets where shadows fall,
A hand extended can change it all.
Among the noise, the rush, the pace,
Lies a chance to lift, to embrace.

A meal shared under the evening sky,
A blanket warm when the winds howl by.
A listening ear to a tale untold,
A spark of kindness in hearts grown cold.

The streets may bear their heavy load,
But brighter paths are often showed.
By those who pause, who choose to see,
The lives in need of dignity.

Each gesture small, yet deeply felt,
A bridge of hope where darkness dwelt.
For every soul deserves a place,
A loving touch, a saving grace.

Together we rise, together we mend,
The streets can heal when we extend.
A world transformed, where hearts align,
And love is shared in every sign.
