Manavsewa Ashram Rescues 26 and Reunites 9 | Moving Hearts, Changing Lives

Kathmandu, Wednesday, Month of June 2083 

In a continued effort to support the vulnerable, Manavsewa Ashram rescued, reunited families and provided protection to 26 street-dependent individuals from various parts of the country on Tuesday. The rescued group comprised 21 men and 5 women, all of whom are now receiving shelter and care.  

In addition to the new rescues, the Ashram successfully reunited 9 individuals with their families on the very same day, giving them a second chance at a normal life. 

Nationwide Operations and Financials 
The Ashram continues to operate on a large scale across its nationwide branches. On Tuesday alone: 

  • Meal & Snack Services: 34 meal services and 11 snack services were provided to those under protection. 
  • Visitor Engagement: 591 people visited various branches of the Ashram. 
  • Community Support: During these visits, the Ashram received generous food donations worth Rs. 28,271 from well-wishers. 

Manavsewa Ashram's Impact & Operations 

According to the organization's financial statement, Rs. 7,157,800 has been invested recently to upgrade Ashram's infrastructure and maintain daily operational services. Manavsewa Ashram remains steadfast in its ongoing campaign to rescue, treat, protect, and reunite street-dependent individuals in need of help across Nepal.

  • Total Rescued: 26 individuals (21 men, 5 women). 
  • Family Reunions: 9 people were safely reconnected with their families.
