Manavsewa Ashram Shares Mid-July to Mid-August Success | Over 240+ Rescued and 100+ Families Reunited

Inside Manavsewa Ashram: Manavsewa Ashram Rescues 248 and Reunites 100+ Families in Just One Month

KathmanduManavsewa Ashram rescued 248 people from various parts of the country from mid-July to mid-August, including 157 men and 91 women. The ashram stated that the rescued people have been protected in various branches across Nepal, while it continues its campaign to reunite them with their families.

The ashram has also reunited 108 people with their families after identifying their family details from mid-July to mid-August. It has been carrying out the campaign to rescue people who have been separated from their families or stranded on the streets for a long time, re-establish family ties, and return them to their families.

The Kathmandu branch rescued the highest number of individuals, with 88 rescues and completed 17 family reunions.

• The Chitwan branch successfully rescued 31 people and achieved 19 family reunions. 

• The Tilottama branch in Rupandehi accounted for 19 rescues and 11 family reunions.

• The Dang and Sunsari branches each rescued 11 people.

• The Banke and Rautahat branches each rescued 8 people.

Honoring Dreams: Manifesting Through Meaningful Contribution

In support of the local authorities, the Nepal Police, support staff, elected delegates, and relevant agencies, Manavsewa Ashram rescues street-dependent women, men, senior citizens, and individuals with mental health conditions. These marginalized outcasts often live difficult lives on roadsides, often live difficult lives on roadsides, in public spaces, and within temple premises because they lack both family and shelter.

This operation spanned multiple nationwide branches, with the Kathmandu branch leading the effort by executing 88 rescues and completing 17 family reunifications.

Upon prompt reception, rescued beings benefit from essential health check-ups at the ashram. Ongoing rehabilitation provides them with medical treatment, food, clothing, housing, protection, and eventual family reunification once their families are identified.

Synergized Rescues: Works in cooperation with local authorities, the Nepal Police, support staff, and elected delegates to rescue vulnerable individuals from the streets.

Initial Care: Conducts prompt health check-ups and psychological evaluations, food, clothing, accommodation, and safety after an individual enters the facility.

Family Reunification: Heals and restores families by actively tracing missing kin and reuniting residents with their loved ones as soon as they are located.
