Pending bills to be concluded soon in both houses

Kathmandu: A meeting of the chief whips of the ruling parties has decided to expedite the conclusion of bills currently under consideration in both houses of parliament.

The decision was made during a meeting of the chief whips of the ruling coalition in the House of Representatives and the National Assembly, held on Sunday morning at Singha Durbar.

After the meeting, CPN-UML Chief Whip Mahesh Bartaula stated that both houses will systematically process the pending bills and forward them to the respective house. He also mentioned that the current session will prioritize the Education Bill and the Federal Civil Service Bill.
