Prime Minister Oli to Visit India Soon
Kathmandu – Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is set to visit India soon. Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka, who returned home on Thursday after completing his visit to India, confirmed that Prime Minister Oli will visit India in the near future.
As energy-related discussions between Nepal and India will be a key focus, the Indian Energy Minister is expected to visit Nepal first, after which Prime Minister Oli’s visit to India will be finalized.
Minister Khadka, who participated in the ‘India Energy Week 2025,’ met with three Indian ministers during his visit—Electricity Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Jal Shakti Minister C.R. Patil, and Petroleum & Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri. He stated that India has shown a positive stance regarding the completion of major projects.
