Rupandehi Shrimad Bhagwat Saptaha GyanVigyan Mahayagya Live Broadcast on Wednesday

Rupandehi - On the third day of the Shrimad Bhagwat Saptaha Gyan-Vigyan Mahayagya, being organized for the enhancement and sustainability of the Lumbini Province Tilottama Branch of Manav Sewa Ashram, the storytelling session commenced on Wednesday. The storytelling is being conducted free of charge by Bhagwat Bhaskar Kamalnayan Gautam.

The Mahayagya, which began on January 21, 2025 (Magh 7, 2081 B.S.), in Tilottama-5, Manigram, will continue until January 28, 2025 (Magh 14, 2081 B.S.). The event aims to contribute to the sustainability fund, facilitating the humane management of vulnerable street-dwelling individuals sheltered by the Ashram.

Manav Sewa Ashram is dedicated to rescuing, treating, nurturing, protecting, and reuniting with families those forced to endure difficult lives under the open sky, on streets, and in public spaces. This includes the helpless, destitute, disabled, orphaned, and physically and mentally weak individuals. The Ashram formally began its services on August 29, 2012 (Bhadra 13, 2069 B.S.), with its main office in Hetauda, Makwanpur.

The Ashram has declared its mission to build a "street-dwelling-free nation" by 2025 (2082 B.S.), focusing on individuals who are unable to care for themselves and have no one to provide for them. To implement this mission effectively, the Ashram currently operates 26 service centers in 20 districts across all seven provinces of Nepal. It also provides rescue and rehabilitation services for vulnerable street-dwelling individuals across all 77 districts of Nepal and in countries like the United Kingdom, Qatar, and Australia.
