Stress Management Training Conducted by Trainer Officer for Civil Servants of Bagmati Province Government

Hetauda: Ramji Adhikari, the central president of Manavsewa Ashram and a renowned national and international trainer, provided stress management training to civil servants of the Bagmati Province Government on Sunday. The program was attended by Chief Secretary Hari Lamsal of Bagmati Province Government, ministry secretaries, chief district officers, heads of security agencies, office heads, and civil servants.

The stress management program was successfully conducted under the organization of the Ministry of Health, Health Directorate, and Ayurveda and Alternative Medicine Institution.

During the training, Trainer Adhikari emphasized that amidst the busyness of life, people have forgotten how to be happy and laugh. He provided training focused on how to remain happy in life.

In the course of the training, methods were taught to stay happy even while being busy, as laughter is a fundamental source of happiness. Trainer Adhikari stated that managing both the body and mind can help manage the stress generated by daily tasks.

He explained that stress is a form of impurity in the body, and to eliminate it, individuals need to change their mindset, develop positive thinking, and utilize tools like yoga and meditation for stress management.
