Manavsewa Ashram's Mission 2026 ~ A Nepal, street dependent free campaign.

The long, cold nights of separation have finally come to an end for 70-year-old Keshav Prasad Guragain. His permanent home is in Shikhar Chowk, Pathari Shanishchare Municipality-1, Morang. For a long time, he lived away from the warmth of his loved ones, navigating the vulnerabilities of life on the street.

His life took a turning point exactly one month and 12 days ago. The team at Manavsewa Ashram found him, took him into their care, and provided him with immediate shelter, medical attention, and emotional support. The Ashram did not just offer a temporary roof; they immediately began the meticulous process of tracing his roots.

Yesterday, the emotional journey reached its peak in Jhapa. After completing all necessary legal and administrative procedures, Keshav Prasad was officially handed over to his eager family members. Tears of relief and smiles of pure joy filled the room as he stepped back into the embrace of his own bloodline.

For Manavsewa Ashram, this successful reunion is the ultimate validation of their hard work. Ashram's representatives noted that while rescuing a helpless individual from the streets provides immense satisfaction, witnessing that person's return to a loving family is the happiest achievement of any rescue operation.

This reunion is part of a larger, inspiring movement. Manavsewa Ashram operates with a grand vision: to build a nation entirely free of street-dependent people. By continuously prioritizing the rescue, treatment, protection, and reunification of the country's most vulnerable and homeless individuals, they are systematically transforming lives, one family at a time. For Keshav Prasad Guragain, the winter of isolation is officially over, replaced by the enduring warmth of home.
